We manufacture Rubber / plastic coated wires ----- For cutting all types of granite and marble.
The impregnated diamond bead has been designed for cutting of all types of granites- from soft granite to more abrasive & hard granite.
The wire is plasticized / Rubberised with or without spring as per the customer’s requirement.
All wires have 35/40 beads per meter.
We supply beads with diameter 11.2mm and 12.2mm.
We also supply sintered diamond beads (only) for cutting all colours of marble and sand stone.
The beads are indigenously manufactured with best quality raw materials to give the maximum productivity and performance. The higher productivity ensures lower costing and time saving. |

Water flow:
A flow of 10 to 50 Ltr/min required, depending on stone type
Wire Twisting:
Bead dia 11mm – 10mm - 0.5 to 0.8 twist per meter.
Bead dia 10mm – 9mm - 1 to 1.5 twist per meter.
For wire without springs it is recommended to start the twisting with 2 twists per meter.
The twist always has to be done anti-clockwise.
It's important to change the number of twists every time the wire is "opened" to
